Ayamonte Plaza de Laguna

Ayamonte Town Hall have confirmed this afternoon of three new cases of Covid-19 in the municipality of which two are from the same family. The safety protocols have been activated. As per protocol the Andalusian Health Service opens an investigation and will be tracing all persons who have been in contact with the confirmed positives. PCR testing will be carried out and the Town Hall has asked people to remain calm and that the competent authorities are dealing with the situation. They also asked everyone to follow the measures that have been laid down from the beginning, keep a social distance and wear a mask.

In Andalusia, the number of confirmed cases is now 15,998 (+178) of which 6,521(+18) have needed hospitalisation and 795 (+3) have needed intensive care. As of 07.00 today there are 90 patients confirmed with Covid-19 in hospital and 14 of those are in intensive care.

There have been 1,451 deaths in Andalusia (Malaga 289 , Jaen 192 , Granada 288 , Cordoba 117 , Cadiz 173 , Seville 290 , Almeria 53 , Huelva 49 . In Seville there are 2,816 cases and 1,218 of those required hospitalization with 153 in intensive care. There have been 290 deaths while 2,887 have recovered.

In Huelva there are 467 cases, two new cases today, 225 have been hospitalized with 31 in intensive care. No new deaths were reported today, so total stays at 49 people. The good news is 492 have recovered from the virus
