The Provincial Council at the request of the Mayor of Ayamonte, Natalia Santos, have carried out the disinfection of the nursing home Lerdo de Tejada and APROSCA (Centre for parents and protectors of children and adults with intellectual disabilities). This is part of the preventive measures adapted by the Town Hall which has also seen the local neighbourhoods disinfected over recent days.

There has been a total of 4,273 new cases declared today and the total confirmed cases is now at 135,032. The number of patients in intensive care is 6,931 and the number of deaths has now reached 13,055. The number of people who have recovered is 40,437.

Meanwhile in Andalusia there are 8,581 confirmed cases of which 4,227 are in hospital and 489 are intensive care. There have been 491 deaths (Malaga 121, Jaen 52, Granada 114, Cordoba 37, Cadiz 31, Seville 97, Almeria 23, Huelva 16). In Seville there are 1,663 cases and 778 of those required hospitalization with 101 in intensive care. There have been 97 deaths while 95 have been cured.

In Andalusia there have been a total of 491 deaths so far. A total 798 patients have now been declared cured.

In Huelva there are 288 cases, this being an increase of 9 new cases today, 143 have been hospitalized with 25 in intensive care. Sadly, five more deaths have been reported today to bring the total to 16. The good news is 18 have now been declared cured.
