Ayamonte Town Hall after meeting with local brotherhoods and political parties has announced that The Angustias Festivals for 2020 have been cancelled. The Mayor of Ayamonte Natalia Santos, the President of the brotherhood Our Lady of the Angustias Francisco Hildalgo and Javier Lopez First Deputy Mayor all admitted that it was a difficult decision to make but in the interest of the health and safety they were left with no other choice.

In Andalusia, the number of confirmed cases is now 12,810 (+11) of which 6,293(+2) have needed hospitalisation and 774 (+1) have needed intensive care. As of 00.00 today there are 62(-7) patients confirmed with Covid-19 in hospital and 22 (-2) of those are in intensive care.

There have been 1,428 (+0) deaths in Andalusia (Malaga 287 (+0), Jaen 185 (+0) , Granada 287 (+0), Cordoba 117 (+0) , Cadiz 161 (+0), Seville 289 (+0), Almeria 54 (+0) , Huelva 48 (+0). In Seville there are 2,491 cases and 1,208 of those required hospitalization with 152 in intensive care. There have been 289 deaths while 2,837 have recovered.

In Huelva there are 407 cases, No new cases today, 222 have been hospitalized with 30 in intensive care. No new deaths were reported today, so total stays at 48 people. The good news is 474 have recovered from the virus.
